Within Delhi NCR it can take upto 4-5 days since the products are handmade and personalised. It can take longer for other PAN India states, while it also depends on the product you’re choosing as well.
We do share a finalised draft of the personalised item before the delivery and confirm the details with you,prior the delivery.
We only provide exchange for damaged or incorrectly delivered items. There are a few selective items that we do take in for return and exchange and it is mentioned the product description of each product.

Sadly,not yet. Since we make the deliveries through delivery apps, it’s currently not possible for us to us to offer COD mode of payment.
